Our analysis begins with a needs assessment/gap analysis of ten core areas within the recruitment function. We do this analysis through a combination of surveys, interviews and discovery. Our findings are presented in a joint planning session with you and/or your team to discuss identified areas for improvement,.
We then create a detailed improvement plan and determine how much consulting time is necessary. A custom follow-up proposal is created for you based on your needs.
