Check Up: Our Needs Assessment Process

Our analysis begins with a needs assessment/gap analysis of ten core areas within the recruitment function. We do this analysis through a combination of surveys, interviews and discovery. Our findings are presented in a joint planning session with you and/or your team to discuss identified areas for improvement,.

We then create a detailed improvement plan and determine how much consulting time is necessary. A custom follow-up proposal is created for you based on your needs.

We use our in depth knowledge of the global recruitment and development markets to compare your function to best practices.
Beyond a simple report, we work with you to develop a plan to ensure long term adoption and implementation in such a way that sustainable improvement can be measured.
Regular weekly or bi-weekly calls with team members, practice leaders and/or other stakeholders to discuss changes, challenges, and updates on new concepts or skills as well as check-in calls with leadership to discuss adoption rates and success metrics, implementation challenges, and workarounds can be arranged.
